DESCRIPTION: Made using the indigenous varieties from old vines in the high altitude Canavese area of Piedmont (Barbera, Freisa, Neretto Gentile, Bonarda). The vineyard is organically farmed, and the grapes hand harvested. The wine is spontaneously fermented with the whole clusters intact. This is a natural wine that doesn’t see any additives. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
