Familie Bauer Zweigelt Rose offers a refreshing flavor profile characterized by vibrant berry notes, including cherry and raspberry, with a subtle hint of spiciness. This rosé hails from the renowned wine region of Burgenland, Austria. The grapes are hand-harvested at the end of September, vineyard sorted, de-stemmed and spend about six hours on the skins before fermentation with ambient yeasts in stainless steel lasting two weeks. Rested on lees until end of January and aged in stainless steel for six months.
